We meet with your photographer, fill the bath with bubbles, light the candles, and make sure your photos are magazine ready! Thus getting you more excitment and interest in your open homes. Expect to pay around 1% of your asking price for our services. Reseach shows a 300% plus expected R.O.I. 2. If you love interior design and would just like another eye to get your property 'sale ready' we start at $250 for a 90 minute consultation to guide and advise. 3. Or we can do half day staging that works with your furniture and add some of ours to give it the full look. Prices start from $500 plus hire costs.

Do you help in other areas to get our property ready?

Yes, we do as much or as little as you need. We offer free project management for trades people when you use our tradies. We can renovate, paint, tile, garden landscape and more. Anything that needs to be done we can organise for you. We also can help you with storage, packing and moving out once your property sells! Talk to us how we can help.
